The MAGA Spectrum: For Those Who Have Tried To Avoid Politics But Cannot Unsee
To the apolitical non-voters who cannot ignore anymore, let me give you a few things to consider.
Domestic and international law has proven to not matter. Under the Blue MAGA cult, they showed us this under Biden when his administration admitted the US doesn't answer to international justice or court, and with actions like arresting protesters and the homeless. And under the Red MAGA cult, they've flaunted under Trump that the US doesn't answer to international law, while domestically violating the constitution and showing citizens the laws don't matter because they also control who enforces the laws.
And then we call voters of the Democratic and Republican Party cultists because they tell us to comply even if it's unconstitutional, to be passive. Even 2A Republicans are willing to comply with Trump over guns after the ICE killing of Pretti. Over 150 million Americans are complicit or indoctrinated cultists...
I want to be clear: the Green Party has a Green MAGA sect, the Libertarian Party has a Yellow MAGA sect, the Forward Party has a Purple MAGA sect. Pretty much every party that supports capitalism and US imperialism has a MAGA sect built through either exceptionalism or nationalism.
We are all wage slaves to the system, but some wage slaves have the mentality of the wage masters and want to be wage masters. The wage masters are trying to profit off of everything, from our basic needs to our right to exist. Some technology or skills is outdated and no longer used; others have been phased out in order for people to profit off of being the only ones who can provide those skills.
Our ancient texts, our Baroque, Neoclassical, industrial revolution, and age of enlightenment writings are just words on paper, especially those of the legal variety. They don't actually mean anything. You think our declaration of independence was about being free? It was about the fact the King of England wanted to stop settlers and colonialists from expanding and letting the 'savages' keep the land. The declaration of independence was like the civil war argument for states' rights. States' rights to do what and to whom? Our constitution was a bill of oppression: 3/5 of a person, women had no rights, slavery was legal, it had built-in protections for those even today we would have moral issues with. There are so many printed copies we don't need those oppressive documents, so our ability to read cursive doesn't matter.
And if you wanna go back further, since so many are religious, the translation from the languages used for the Bible, Quran, Torah, and other religious and spiritual works has been reportedly mistranslated by experts so many times that the texts from those man-made systems of ancient population control are basically subject to interpretation, especially since words back then had many meanings.
Capitalism by itself and with the help of religion installed a set of virtues and values. It nurtured a set of personalities and sustained them, until they both infected and engulfed humanity and all of its cultures and societies. I am talking about cardinal vices, deadly sins, arishadvarga and similar philosophical-ideological views being seen as good things, and the dark triad personalities being allowed to fester like the flu, COVID virus, or AIDS.
The point is modern law and outdated skills don't actually mean anything. And you need to understand the difference between outdated skills of irrelevance and phased out useful skills to promote hierarchy structures and create new ways to exploit wealth.
I really wish y'all would take time to look into Marxism, Marxist-Leninism, and communism. You'd learn what the science of dialectical materialism, the philosophical-ideological views of humanism and secular humanism, the light triad personalities, and our chains are. You'd learn the difference between authoritarianism and parentalism/guardianship, and the difference between totalitarianism and social accountability and responsibility. And you'd learn what the differences between collectivism, oneness, individualism, and harmful individualism are, and how sectarianism is bigger than you think and why it must be abolished or heavily regulated.
Some of you have good intentions, but you're speaking from an indoctrinated filter and seeing through the cracked lenses of indoctrination. Ian James Kidd broke down misanthropy into four sections. Those of you with good intentions are sounding like you're somewhere between the activist and the quietist: you either don't like how humanity is but wanna see it do better, or you don't like how humanity is and you've given up on it. Then there are the other groups who seek to harm or exploit humanity due to their dislike, and you walk among some of these individuals that cause some of your dislike towards humanity and society. Those two help fill your head with negativity and rhetoric.
Voting is not just about power, it's strategic, like chess, and you need to start thinking of your candidates as your pieces. What do you do with your chess pieces? The system wants you not voting, the Democrats and Republicans want you not voting if you're not gonna vote for them, and your thinking voting doesn't matter is part of your indoctrination. Read Eric Beerbohm's theory about our duty to vote and duty to never vote in complicity with injustice. Sometimes that means accepting the system has limited you to injustice as being the only options, abstaining, and the possibility of revolting.
We are all a product of our environments, but we're also subject to genetic or biological mutations of development that occasionally make us process things differently. Which is why you're seeing cracks in the Matrix, and why you have to choose between staying in the illusion or waking to the disillusionment. Many of you claim to support indigenous wisdom, so I'll leave you three indigenous quotes to ponder over.
On equality: "If the white man wants to live in peace with the Indian, he can live in peace. There need be no trouble. Treat all men alike. Give them all the same law. Give them all an even chance to live and grow. All men were made by the same Great Spirit Chief. They are all brothers. The earth is the mother of all people, and all people should have equal rights upon it. You might as well expect all rivers to run backward as that any man who was born a free man should be contented penned up and denied liberty to go where he pleases." (Chief Joseph of Nez Perce)
On humanity: "All red races are born Socialists, and most tribes carry out the communistic ideas to the letter. Amongst the Iroquois, it is considered disgraceful to have food if your neighbor has none. To be a creditable member of the nation, you must divide your possessions with your less fortunate fellows. I find it much the same amongst the Coast Indians, though they are less bitter in their hatred of the extremes of wealth and poverty than are the Eastern tribes. Still, the very fact that they have preserved this legend, in which they liken avarice to a slimy sea-serpent, shows the trend of their ideas; shows, too, that an Indian is an Indian, no matter what his tribe, shows that he cannot, or will not, hoard money; shows that his native morals demand that the spirit of greed must be strangled at all costs." (Tekahionwake)
On Morality, Ethics, and Duty: "Warriors are not what you think of as warriors. The warrior is not someone who fights, because no one has the right to take another life. The warrior, for us, is one who sacrifices himself for the good of others. His task is to take care of the elderly, the defenseless, those who cannot provide for themselves, and above all, the children, the future of humanity." (Sitting Bull)
There are many minds and voices of indigenous thought I could share, but these three single quotes should help you understand everything said in this blog. Thank you to those who made it this far. I have a factual-philosophical mercurial neurodivergent communication style, so I understand that my point may not be easily understood, but I hope you think about it. And I'll leave with this, whether or not a document is sacred and relevant., is all a matter of perception.
