Advanced math changes things.

In 1967 the calculator was invented to help people do math quickly. However, it could only do simple math. So in 1972, the scientific calculator was created. While it did the work, so people wouldn't miss steps, it costed a lot more. Even to this day most people use a simple calculator that cannot calculate P.E.M.D.A.S. and needs users to know the steps.

People always try to make things simple, especially with Math. From 1990-2004 math standards had strengthened and by 2010, Common core math was required knowledge. Too many Americans over the age of 20, didn't and don't understand stand it.

If a math quest is 3-_=1 and you said two, you could be wrong. With today's math, the _ could be 33%. So if asked which had more taken away , 3-1 or 2-1? if you said they both had the same amount taken away, you could be wrong because although both only had 1 taken away, which is true. If you break it down by percentage or fractions, it's not equivalent. 

That is the difference between simple math and advanced math.

In society,  people want criminal justice and civil rights reform but looking at simple math, they don't see the issues being protested.

America has a population of 328 Million. From January to August 30th, 242 white Americans were killed. 123 African Americans were killed. Which is 119 difference. 80 Latinos were killed. That's a difference of 162 or 43. 

So more caucasians were killed than African Americans and more African Americans were killed than Latinos. 

But someone are going to say you cannot treat them as equals. You have to create division. You have to segregate them into race. They will add demographics to the equation, when they're not part of the original problem. By  dividing the 328 million by race and then doing percentages based on race, you get different answers.

America is 76% white, 13% black, and so on. Thus making making 80 and 123 greater than 242. By segregating and dividing the people, by race instead of as one people you change the math. Thus made the lower number greater than the larger number. 

3 is greater than 2 but 3-1 is a smaller subtraction % than 2-1. If you don't do the advanced math, you won't see that. Trump surely doesn't do advanced math. He showed that to the Axio reporter when he was giving him info on the Corona virus. Like Truml, majority of Americans don't do advanced math.

So Americans have an issue with 123 being greater than 242. Because that's not what the surface information says.
